A man named Steve Dale (oops, sorry for swearing) said there wasn’t much interest in football in the town of Bury.

Upwards now of 7️⃣7️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ tickets sold for fan-owned Bury Football Club at the 9th tier of English football.

It’s beautiful what can be done when football clubs are ran by people who care.

We did it. So that kids like I was, don’t miss out, like I did, on doing what they want to do. Yeah it’s a bit personal 🤣.

All planned out with coaches, ready to go. Please sign up below and tell anyone who may be interested 🤍💙.

Free for a few weeks.

Amazing work here 🤩👏🏼.

Amongst other things, pan-disability football beginning this month too, initially for young kids, after many months of work. The town has shamefully lacked it for decades, and I’m overjoyed both that it’s happening and that I can be a part of it. Itching for it to start. 🤍💙

Took my mate to see the Bury and he said “the mustard uniform isn’t the one” and that it’s fucking Baltic 🥶.

Stop off at a place just north of Burnley I know from uni. 🤍💛💙

Overall, a good year I think for @buryfc.bsky.social, with the odd dark day or two, especially that play-off final - still hurts. Missed a couple of matches recently which were both the league losses, I maintain you still can’t blame me for them though! 🤣

2025 will honestly be bright for #buryfc.

I’m OVERJOYED to be a part of getting this in place!

I had to stop playing at 7 until 10 due to my disability & to put it mildly, it wasn’t a nice feeling that I still remember today.

There’s graft behind the scenes, this is exactly something #buryfc should be doing, football is for everybody!

THE NEWS OF THE NIGHT!!!

What a footballer, what a captain, what a man! Dreamboat 😍

He plays his heart out and for the badge, top player and exactly what we need in the next 4 months.

Gaz I love you.

I know the controversy first of all, and don’t like it, however, he’s a great player for this level, he’s bringing experience into quite a young side, and most importantly, he’s playing for us! So we need to get behind him and the team!

Good luck Courtney! 🤍💙🕺🏻

Another game for the ladies today, wasn’t the win we hoped for but they showed so much promise 🤩, on another day, another goes in and we get the win. Constantly working hard and if it wasn’t for some small margins, it would have paid off in full with 3 points.

Onto the final leg of the season 🤍💙

Every 3rd December I feel I should post something. But what I said in 2022 suffices.

The first 15 years weren’t easy, much harder than I made it look, certainly when I knew how to crack on in my teens to hide it, but got through it, only pride and the learnt resilience left. Off to gym, in a bit. 💪🏼

🔙🏡

Nicky is a phenomenal signing! Went to a few games at Radcliffe last season when Bury weren’t on and he’s still a class operator who adds greatly to this already top team we have! 👌

Best of luck Nicky, we couldn’t be happier. 🕺🏻🤍💙

Unfortunately I received a message last week saying the Bury part didn’t make the final cut when the penultimate draft went to the publisher.

However, for someone to want to write positively about #buryfc in an important bit of literature after visiting, it shows we must be doing something right!

With the situation hospices are in, esp end of life care, same goes for air ambulance, I urge everyone to try and support this.

It may one day be a family member or friend needing the services, so our contributions now will be so much needed and appreciated. #buryfc

A sneak at part of what you will hopefully see in the weeks and months to come.

We keep growing this football club onto new levels.

We should be proud despite the noise, what is being done quietly by the team leading us, empowering any of us who want to commit to making this club better, to do so.
