Right! What am I doing wrong? The scart cable I bought from a reputable cable maker (who shall remain anonymous) wasn't great. I took it apart at the din plug end and a few wires just fell off. I've resoldered everything, but I'm not getting any blue colours! #retrogaming #amstrad #cpc464

I have trained the youngest well. He wanted to rescue an old Dell monitor (2004) from the charity shop because "he likes old tech."
It needs re-capping, but I've rather spectacularly pulled the plastic end off this ribbon cable.
Needs more than re-capping now!
