Considering all the AI slop they put on their CFL playoff broadcasts… they definitely don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt here

Detroit and Lumbus seem likely as they were late to the East in his time

Called a “festive fav” here. Need to launch it much earlier.

Getting an assist on a penalty shot would have certainly been unbelievable!

Winfield’s two-RBI double down the line definitely an honourable mention at least

You did better than me… during one of the previous years I had my glasses knocked off me in the pit by a crowd surfer and I never saw them again! I also remember using crowd surfing to the security as a way to get out of the pit when needed

I remember this! Well, not your tale specifically, but EdgeFest in Saskatoon and Courtney’s challenge!

The leaps of that image are bizarre… very Spaceballs type relationships

A lot of Trudeau’s progressive policy did help NDP voters support Carney… Trudeau had shown there definitely was a difference in the parties to progressives
June 22, 2025 at 10:55 PM
Old stock Liberal voters are very unprogressive generally. They also hated the lack of balanced budgets. There’s a reason there was that Conservative white retired golfers as where they talked about Carney first… the Cons knew they were losing those votes with Carney on the ticket.

My weather app had the feels like in Etobicoke at 31… just a massive difference, how should we view this humidex “feels like” number if it has so wildly reported differences?

It doesn’t feel like India right now from my experience. But I am staying in the shade.

As someone trying to get a baby to sleep at 8 PM I am not as much on the sunny evenings side as I once was. But as a Saskatchewan born and raised person I am pro-setting a time and sticking with it all year.

I mean, you could just set the clocks to this time for the whole year
June 13, 2025 at 1:17 PM
Also explaining that you could just walk down Queen Street and stand outside and catch A-list musicians perform for TV on occasion, or go to the televised weekly Friday night rave

Not yet… they just voted to disclose salaries this week. There is a general sense of who makes big salaries based on the CBA rules and who signed first, etc

Turnbull gives them a C that is protected is maybe the argument besides captaincy. Maltais plays C as well. Will be interested to see who they pivot to protecting once 2 players are taken. Not surprised by Nurse being made available TBH
June 3, 2025 at 5:17 PM
Miller and Compher are expiring FAs so not eligible. Nurse likely has the biggest salary. To me it was Gosling or Maltais. Yeah this definitely seems like a Team Canada protection thing (coach/GM also on national team) more than future of Sceptres thing to me but not worst of stretches in the end.

This current collection of Liberal vote share is unique and won’t hold. Libs have lost about 8% or so of their majority level support to the Conservatives. Only way to gain that back is Carney’s economic message delivering, which it can’t in the short term.
April 29, 2025 at 3:59 PM
The Libs also can’t risk another election, neither can the Bloc
April 29, 2025 at 3:54 PM
Some bills they have to at least act like they won’t support and make Libs court Cons and BQ to look bad (if minority holds). First year will be pretty automatic to get bills passed for Carney, second session has to be a grind.
