Only thing it doesnt do is the (lack of) depth buffer thing (polygons appearing in front of other polygons when it shouldn't be) but that's probably a lot harder to implement accurately without breaking anything

Been messing around with a PS1 effect for blender called Drips Psx Efx. It's like £15 (~$20) but it's so worth it and surprisingly accurate. Screen Space Vertex snapping, Affine texture mapping, 15 bit colour with dithering, gouraud shading. Heck even stuff for culling
