On March 17, two days after the men were deported, Acting Field Office Director Robert L. Cerna of (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations he said that “many” did not have criminal records in the United States, although he insisted that the men were associated with the Tren de Aragua gang.

“The lack of criminal record does not indicate they pose a limited threat. In fact, based upon their association with TdA, the lack of specific information about each individual highlights the risk they pose. It demonstrates that they are terrorists with regard to whom we lack a complete profile.”

If Musk manages to limit access to social security by requiring in-person contact and closing offices, please start a grass-roots service where you live, offering transportation and (if necessary) overnight accommodation to help people get what they are entitled to.
