Had to take a week off working out due to a back injury (getting old sucks), but back at it today! Officially 40 lbs lost since end of Nov!!
Also, I've only had 3 drinks since then. Xmas, my son's 21st b-day, and Valentine's day. Big change for the guy who built his social media around bourbon...
