I planted a couple dozen red maple in our woods while Raul and our son got these precious strawberry flowers covered just in case of frost tonight. We don't want to risk those precious berries for you! We *think* the sweetcorn will be safe uncovered... time will tell.

Seems like EVERYbody is getting hit by something or another right now... with recent events, I bet a lot of us are running on weakened immune systems. :( Here's Luna, grumpy about rain. She kept meowing for me to turn it off. ;)

I'm firing three shelves full of new mugs in the kiln today! Isn't it amazing how a little heat can transform simple minerals into these beautiful glazes?! AND my kiln is running on renewable energy equivalents, too. 🌞🌬

The sheer number of times I've hugged and cried with strangers this week! THANK YOU for coming in and sharing your stories with me and for trusting in our store and in me as a safe and heartening space in a country gone mad.
