I live in Boulder where I have been for 34 years. Grew up in Harlan, Ky, graduated from UK and then CSU. Spent 8 years in New Mexico. Retired software engineer. Rock climber & cyclist. Liberal. Huge sports fan mainly UK, CSU, the Bronco’s, Nuggets, & Avs.

So Florida, UT, and Vandy are the 3 teams UK plays twice. Seems like since Barnes took the job at UT UK has played them twice most every year.

The Constitution can be changed, but it’s a difficult process requiring a lot of steps as it was designed to be. The last is 38 states have to ratify it. Not likely in our current environment. It also requires 2/3’s of the House and Senate to approve. It takes consensus to change the Constitution.
