yeah it would be nice if openDesk had some 'you have to be *this* open' standard
there aren't many FOSS packages that will give you your corporate 'stack' though - would be nice to know what they evaluated

and openDesk *is* just a package of deployment descriptors, etc. - that's what I mean when I say it's just a bunch of OSS brought together

a lot of it you can browse, I don't know enough about OX to say whether or not it's buildable - but seems to be a frontend to things like postfix, etc.?

they also seem to have applied machine translation to existing kb articles and then auto-approved - so the fact that it's part of mozilla's llm infatuation is secondary to the "don't care, just blindly apply tech" myopia
