We made herpesfolds for all pox-virologists :-) poxfolds.org. Proteome-wide predictions of MPOX, VACV, and VARV in a handy cheat-sheet homology table, as well as structure-based clustering! MPOX all against all PPI predictions will follow soon! Thanks to Tim Soh and Malte Kansy

We made herpesfolds for all pox-virologists :-) poxfolds.org. Proteome-wide predictions of MPOX, VACV, and VARV in a handy cheat-sheet homology table, as well as structure-based clustering! MPOX all against all PPI predictions will follow soon! Thanks to Tim Soh and Malte Kansy

We have two open PhD positions in the lab! One with
the Landau Lab, which is on viral amyloids, and one is on phase separation of viral replication compartments! See v22.desy.de/e67416/recor... for viral amyloids, and PM me for the second. -We are looking for an individual with comp. methods exp.
