Du kan ikke vente annet av noen som er til salgs. Ulstein er, moralsk sett, et tomt skall.

I feel there’s a lot of stuff behind that «nope» we kind of want to know. Like if the script is going to be one of those rubbish illogical feelgood redemption stories we Europeans aren’t particularly fond of.

If so, that’s not a racing movie I’d be particularly interested in.

And then they marketed the hell out of it so everyone is tired of it without even having seen it.

I fear this is probably as culturally representative as John Wayne playing Ghengis Khan back in the day.

It is also worrisome that some european militaries have taken a lax attitude towards securing the F-35 by requiring full access to its software systems.

There is a good chance the US can disable these planes if they were so inclined. For instance if Russia were to invade.

The US is now partnering with Russia. This makes buying weapons from the US a dicey proposition. At the same time, European countries are arming themselves. It is likely they will prefer European defense manufacturers.

I would keep an eye on European defense stocks.

This of course means the US has to resupply. Which benefits the arms industry. So the US has essentially been subsidizing its own arms industry by paying it to replace weapons going to Ukraine.

By cancelling military aid to Ukraine, the government is cutting subsidies to its own arms industry.

Get the message through first. Be clear. Have proofreaders work on the language. Never bury the lead and never require the user to scroll to get to it.

The you can go on and dive into detail. But those 100-300 initial words are make or break. Today most newspapers fail here.

A vital thing to address for newspapers is decluttering and design. When you click on an article today, the first screenful will most likely not show you any real content. That's a problem. What it should give you first is 100-300 words of quality prose that distills the matter.

Instead of playing a defensive game against social media and blogs it needs to step up and do what it can do better. Investigate, educate, explain and report.

This starts with good writers and visual design that facilitates actual reading rather than allowing distractions.

There is actually a better way. At every single press conference: ask why AP was thrown out and if freedom of speech no longer exists until they get kicked out too. Then focus resources on investigative journalism and publish every piece of dirt you can find.

I would be surprised if cybertrucks could even get there.

How long before Canadian Mounties will have to make incursions into the US in order to disable supercharging stations within 1000km of the border. In case the entire fleet of Teslas suddenly receive orders from the Führer bunker at Mar-A-Lago to form up on the Canadian border.

(accusations that the new KDF leisure suits from Hugo Boss to be delivered with the new Tesla KDF Wagen are ripoff of Adidas' Gopnik Wear line are at this time rejected as malicious slander)
