My very highlevel headlines from #BOPA2025 so far would be:

1. Think primary prophylaxis! (VTE, Cardiovascular)

2. Refer early for stuff that could be bad (skin, cardiotox, eyes)

3. But basic general medicine should be in everyone's scope (start a statin for lipidemia... 💭later on this)
