It doesn’t help they are all pale blue! lol it was the biggest pot and cheapest masonry paint I could afford!! lol 5lts covered 25 hives. lol they do look like little fridges though 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just with moulds the hardest part is rendering down all the cappings. I don’t have all the posh equipment so it takes ages x

some hives have eaten bits others haven’t touched it. They’ve been out a lot this week as it’s been mild and dry compared to the rest of the uk. Plenty of gorse in bloom too

I sell packages of bees. I’ve not had a lot of chance to do queen rearing but I’m going to have a go this year. I’m retiring from gardening so I can concentrate on my girls!! ❤️❤️ my worry is I rear a load of queens and no one wants any! Then I’ve got even more bees to find hives for!! Bee maths is 😵💫
