Yes, this was a thing. Boomerang UK used to run a Christmas Party in June once or twice, with specials running a whole day.

This was a France only bumper (unless the UK snuck it in somewhere), so we don't know what the English translation for this is.

This bumper originally ran on Cartoon Network, and was also reused during the early start of it's 2004 rebrand.
