Tonight, the President of the United States has launched an unconstitutional war of aggression, dooming another generation to spill their blood for oil, and lay waste to a sovereign nation.

I demand that Congress exercise its power, halt this conflict, and impeach this war criminal president.

Newly diagnosed as neurospicy. For the past two weeks. I wasn’t really sure what to do other than research, hyperfixate, have a bout of imposter syndrome, then spiral into an existential crisis. Talked through everything with my therapist. Started a new book and a lot is making sense now…

By no means is my job easy. But knowing that I’m seen and that I can rely on my coworkers for support makes it that much better.

Don't be afraid to be you on the page. The barest you, the most naked, exposed, and self-deprecating. Write like your parents will never read it. That's the person readers are dying to get to know. Deep down in those depths is where you will find that elusive "voice" for your stories.
