If enough patrons complain they might change things back. But please remember, libraries are trying to adjust to increased prices/more items being metered than ever before. It’s rough right now, especially since a ton of libraries can’t get physical stuff in a timely manner since baker & Taylor shut

That’s not libby, that’s your library. Every library gets to decide their own loan limits and holds limits. Your library may be struggling with wait times and holds times, especially since publishers are price gauging libraries to an absurd degree. Call your library and ask about why they changed.

Then contact your library. They can go in thru their portal and force a return of a title.

Libby is having a shelf sync issue and it’s effecting returns/multi device use etc. I’ve never seen an issue last more than a day so it should be fixed soon. They post updates about big outages like this on their social platforms. If the return issue is still a problem and they say things are fixed
