I'm watching an Adam Savage video and he's got the holy grail just sitting in the background.

Fun fact: The lady cop sidekick on the show Bonkers was named Miranda Wright, and it wasn't until like THREE WEEKS AGO that I realized that was a pun. I choose to blame it on me being a dumb kid and then not thinking about it for decades.

I've mused in the past about the fact that Frollo's horse from Disney's Hunchback looks more severe and evil than he does. Today, the following question came to my mind.

What would be funnier:
- A villain with the happiest, most friendly horse possible?
- A hero with a downright demonic steed?

I was discussing a short story I didn't remember writing, and I delivered this message to my publisher.

I was just reminded of the original covers of The Book of Deacon trilogy. I made these myself, and replacing them was probably the key thing that gave me what career I had for a while.

I like Studio Organics Nitrogen for it's insane sheen, and Iroshizuku Kon-peki because it's a nice bright blue that behaves well on cheap paper and flows in every pen I own.
