When. Brought to trial yes in street clothes.when brought in for retrial hearings it is a jumpsuit always. If they are in custody. If out on bail sure they can wear whatever

in custody prisoners are always brought in away from the press and public. cops will always stand behind a prisoner if it is a controversial case where violence can happen. cannot speak for his lawyer but it is odd that he wore street clothes because in custody prisoners appear in jail jumpsuits

I think it would’ve been treated for syphilis though. He doesn’t oppose medical treatment he just opposes, exercise and healthy eating.
