Main reason for Abrego's release is that there was never an order of removal (believe it or not).
[ICE can re-open his case to get an order of removal, but when it does, Abrego will ask to go to Costa Rica, and will have strong legal argument that govt must try Costa Rica first.]

I live in PA. Haven’t seen any fascism here yet. I’m a fierce critic of magats, Trump etc. no one has come after me.

Edit: until Democracy returns in a form that bans grifting criminals like Donnie and his ilk from getting within a parsec of the reins of power. Because nothing in our current system is designed to prevent it from happening again, and again. It needs an update and a reboot.

I am an American Citizen and my current recommendation to anyone wanting to visit the USA, now is not the time. It's not worth the risk of you being detained, searched, targeted, disappeared.
