J&D Construction is Joshua Pilch and his partner Jacob Marble. They have a close relationship with the county. Josh Plich was one time employed by BC Planning Dept. and served on the Planning Commission. Jacob Marble is currently the Chair of the Zoning Commission. 2/5

Staff from PHD spoke on septics, and the PC is also recommending all land divisions require PHD sign off. This was removed from the code back in 2016, and with the prolific use of MLDs creating increased density, PHD staff faced increased difficulty helping new land owners find suitable sites.
