At the Planning Commission hearing on Tues. 20th, the PC recommended getting rid of the Minor Land Division category, placing all subdivisions back under LLUPA, and nixxing the Administrative Approval process. On Wed. 20th, the BCCRC censured Commissioners Domke and Williams over the MLD moratorium.
