I’m in the middle of @scalzi.com’s latest opus, and I gotta say as an atheist (who used to be catholic) that I really appreciate his treatment of religion (little “r”) and faith.

Also, loving the WWZ-style intertwining of multiple vignettes and story lines.

I can’t post about whatever the current thing happens to be. It’s not going to change it, and I need to focus on what I can.

It’s a little weird to start a job at a new place after being gone from the old one for a couple months, and still have people reaching out to me for mentoring.

Today is the last day of my (intentional) 2.5 month break between jobs. It’s been a little weird to not have a daily slate of meetings and only projects around the house to work on.
