I got a moldy warehouse basement in Worcester for rent that's move-in ready for this bitch. Welcome!

I'm seeing this message creep in secondary right now and it drives me insane. Teaching actual content is increasingly deemphasized.

It’s kind of like how immigrants don’t take peoples jobs— they can’t. employers are the ones who have the power to fire you and hire someone else.

Not thrilled by Markey running at for a 6-yr term at 79 but will vote for him anyway. Moulton is just plain wrong about the future. If Dems want to remain viable, they need to go harder left and stop it with these folks like Moulton who think we can win by appeasing fascists.

Some NYC history: Victims of the 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist Fire were Eastern European Jewish and Italian immigrants. Eastern European Jews dominated Manhattan's garment industry early to mid-1900s. Sweatshops in Lower Manhattan in the later 1900s were almost entirely run by East Asian immigrants.

2/ I think a lot about @alixabeth.bsky.social's brilliant _The Political Value of Time_. The ultimate political power may be the ability to warp timelines to conform with favored narratives. "Real" time & deadlines retain their realness for those without much power, like hose seeking citizenship.
