Not coincidentally, its been about 100 years since the rich started acquiring media outlets and driving out smaller outlets. Without locally controlled news media and small independents the wealthy control the messaging, read 'propaganda', about the economy.

I read it as Epstein sending a warning to Trump. Of course Trump would see the letter.
A lot of his emails are worded in ways that warned Trump. They had a mutually assured destruction pact and Epstein wanted Trump to know that he was getting ready to launch. Trump had him killed instead.
