This simple graph from EU Copernicus shows an increasing and accelerating temperature since 1850 and we can not go on like this without serious social and economic circumstances.

We have passed 1.5 C of global warming and unless we get the emissions of CO2 under control we are in real trouble. Citizen sciense shows that at 3 C all the trees die and farming becomes a real challenge.
