Had lunch with a friend this week. She told me she liked Trump because he is so transparent. I really tried to figure out how she had come to that conclusion. I finally decided she must have meant that WE CAN SEE RIGHT THROUGH HIM!

Just returned from a trip to Europe and can confirm that people in other countries think we are idiots for electing the orange felon. In a French cafe discussing Trump with my friend, a man sitting next to us leaned over and said “we are all praying for you”. IN FRANCE for Pete’s sake!!

Watching the destruction of the East Wing and wondering if there are any Republicans who are willing to step up and denounce this latest effort to erase our country’s history. Scary to realize that nearly 100 % of members of the congressional majority are cowards.

Where is JD Vance? It seems that Elon is now number 2. (No pun intended.) Do they have him locked away somewhere waiting for Elon to anger the Orange Leader enough, perhaps by getting more air time? When Elon is banished, Vance can rise up and continue insulting women and spewing ridiculous lies.

MAGA people who say “everything will be ok; Trump won’t cause the destruction of democracy & people are worrying for nothing” should all be made to sit and watch “Lee” the movie with Kate Winslet about war correspondent Lee Miller. Realize we are not immune from ending up like Germany in the 1930s.

It appears that Trump has turned the transition into a game. He’s getting pleasure from naming the most disgusting, unqualified people to run (or is the word “ruin”) our government. How long will it take for his voters to realize that the damage he is doing to our country can’t be easily undone.
