Have to agree, the ‘new’ ABC Listen App is appalling. They dropped user download management. I now consume 50% of ABC content c/t when the previous App let me auto download and manage my playlists. They get mountains of feedback on it but… crickets.

Last year taught me that life is far too short to be arguing with people who are determined not to listen, so I am adopting a no-exceptions immediate mute policy if you sound like any of these squares because quite frankly if you’re going to snap out of it you’ll do it yourself.

I got my annual ‘just keep trusting us’ home insurance renewal today. Their auto sum insured and premium is 25% above my local Australian property market.
I don’t believe the “algorithm made me do it” bullshit. The human beings who make these decisions should be exposed and held to account.
