Was thrilled to see so many people turn out to voice their opposition to a 1300-acre data center coming to our township. This data center will negatively impact the area - and the people living in it - in so many ways, and it makes me sad to see it happen. 😢

One of the rescue orgs I support has a sweet French bulldog named Stephen King available for adoption. Would be so cool if his human counterpart @stephenking.bsky.social could sponsor him and maybe cover the adoption fee to help find him a home.

Can't wait to see what @markhamillofficial.bsky.social - one of my favorite folks on social media - thinks about this ridiculousness. Also, it's sad and embarrassing that the official WH accounts now seem to be run by people with the maturity level of frat boys or young kids.

I had somehow been oblivious to the major devastating event that was on tap for this week's episode of 9-1-1 and was definitely not emotionally prepared for this. 😭

While going through my office files, I stumbled across this letter Mario Puzo wrote me years ago when I – as a writer just starting out – asked him for writing advice. The handwriting is hard to read, but the first graph ends with “try to write every day. None of which I could do.”

I really loved #NickelBoys - and was impressed by the creative perspectives and innovative cinematography. Also, pay attention to the ending, because there's a twist that many viewers seem to miss.

Some people put statues of the Virgin Mary in their yard. MAGA folks near me have a statue of Trump. It’s a cult - his followers literally worship him. Not sure anything can break that spell. They’re not going to come around and see the light, no matter how badly he hurts them or their loved ones.
