One class spent the day working to assemble a creature from its skeleton that had been mixed up. It is such a great time to watch & listen to them as they try to put it together. We always have rich conversations about how and why after. I’ve attached a few of the final products. #teach180 #edusky

Went to the Kentucky Science Teacher Association conference with my son who wants to be a MS Social Studies/Science teacher today. Was a fantastic opportunity to learn with him and see him as a teacher. Also ran into a former student teacher of mine who is crushing it as a science teacher.

Students working through a Carbon Cycle simulation. This always is a good way for them to see how carbon moves and the impacts it can have on the various spheres plus the impacts within climate change.
