We’re planning improvements that include better separation from traffic, upgraded lighting, new landscaping and art, and clearer connections along the corridor.

The project will provide better lighting, protected intersections, landscaped buffers, and ADA-compliant sidewalks, all designed to make it safer and easier to walk, bike, and roll between Penn Station and the Baltimore Streetcar Museum.

In 2024, 64 people were killed in traffic crashes in our city. Half were traveling outside a car. We are not accepting that as normal.
