I will never hang the flag again. I will never sing the anthem, salute, trust or believe the government, the military, the police, or any agency. I am finished with eagles, Uncle Sam, every symbol, every identifier of what it supposedly means to be American. I am ashamed, and I won't recover.

Two women trained as first responders were abducted by three ICE agents. One of the agents starts seizing. The other two don’t know what to do. The women jump into action and save the agent’s life, only to be re-handcuffed and processed.

I've heard others say it and I'm really feeling it too. We should definitely embrace the American flag as part of the resistance to fascism and the authoritarian government. It must stand as a symbol of decency and democracy, not what the GOP is trying to rebrand it as.
