I think men tend to like Cate Blanchett’s Galadriel more because she’s a bit calmer and they don’t like seeing women act violent. Standing up for yourself what you believe in is just unattractive apparently.

Regarding war of the rohirrim: I loved it. The score is gorgrous and so is the art style. It is an anime and has some of that anime dramatics that is so fun. Also I had to pee really bad so I missed arguably two of some of the most important minutes of the movie :D

Éowyn has pretty much always been my favorite LOTR character (alongside Elrond). I only got around to reading the books until recently and my friend told me she probably wouldn’t be my favorite anymore after reading them but she’s only become my favorite even more.

In the next seasons I really want to see more of Arondir fighting for the ents. They kinda hinted at that arc in season 2 and I think it’d be a shame if they wasted that opportunity.
