i think genetics are a factor! i'm one of those ppl who need a break from manis after a few months altho my last nail tech had been rougher on filing down my nails and pushing back my cuticles and now i wish i had asked her to skip doing anything to my cuticles 😭

never getting a fully opaque design is honestly so smart re nail growth. i LOVE the glitter lines here and color combo! how do you keep your nails strong / healthy if u don't mind me asking?
