I have officially asked all the professors I need for letters of recommendation. Everyone agreed except for one who has not gotten back to me. I could not find her on campus so I had to email her.

I just met with my group. I explained the problems I found in the original data and that I had to make all new tables to make sense of everything. They seem a little taken aback at how much work I did, but honestly it's easier this way.

I just redid an entire project because my classmates didn't look at the example or the guidelines provided by the professor. I'm a little annoyed, but at least my version looks better than the example because my tables line up better.

I asked my professor about some of the assumptions I had to make to finish the research assignment, but he didn't listen to me. He just kept saying I'm fine and kind of ending the conversation. I'm annoyed because other students got full conversations.

I went to see Hadestown tonight and it was fantastic! I have so many thoughts about it I don't even know where to start.

I have to do a policy analysis for class. I'm a little concerned because I think my math is shaky, but also the policy proposal I put together has a rate of return of over 300%. If my math is even slightly accurate, you'd be stupid not to follow this policy.

One of my professors asked me about my plans for after graduation. She told me she’d like me to consider going into a PhD program because my work shows a lot of potential and she’d hate to see me waste it.

I have a class list for next semester. I didn’t have the money for summer classes, so I’ll have to take one extra class next semester to graduate on time.

A friend suggested I start writing blogs or zines or something because I've got good ideas but I don't have an outlet for any of them, so now I am looking at zine archives.

I went for a walk with a classmate to lament the state of the world. What frustrates us isn't so much the problems, but how many people are not interested in solving them. We are in a room full of people who should care about big issues and some can barely articulate what is actually wrong.

Alright, I have my notes sorted. I did mess up some of the numbering, but I can deal with as I move forward. The important thing is to keep working.
