Point the first: y'all stop me from joining any more MG orgs. I let go of Iris because it is too damn expensvie but now I am doing Chewbacchus with Daft Drunk, Boheme/Sparta with the Merry Antoinettes, whatever parades I can as a sailor with The Sirens and I also just joined Ladies of Lesiure.

None of it is okay, but I do recall many times as a government brat being told to “not cause trouble or an international incident”. Did it make me make myself smaller than I should have? Yes. Does it mean I live with a vague sense of having a passport stripped away from me? Also yes.
