On tonight's episode of #Vegetarian Doesn't Have to Mean Healthy, this bomb-ass broccoli cheese pasta bake! I subbed the cheddar for mozz, subbed Parm for garlic salt + pepper, and used pumpkin-shaped butternut squash pasta from Trader Joe's. 12/10 delish!
