Just a regular citizen who grew with Civics classes, and a thorough knowledge of American history and how our government is supposed work for all. Knowing the difference between right and wrong, and choosing to do wrong is unacceptable to me.
But hey, no worries. I won't bother you again. Thanks for your civility. 🙏

Mr. Brentwood, in 1966, there were no cable channels, so the definition used back then was "cable systems", it evolved into cable "channels" much later as history shows. You are referring to the way things are now, but they were different then, which is why I'm talking about the FCC's history.

Mr. Brentwood, at one point in time, all cable stations were under the jurisdiction of the FCC. They have a history and were around when these stations were just starting. That's why when you sue them, the case is the Government vs you, or whoever the party is suing.

2/ In the past, they decided what lyrics were decent and indecent and could be broadcasted on the airwaves. This goes all the way back to the 60's. Even now, the trump administration is weaponizing them by threatening to take away TV stations licenses from them. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal...

Mr. Brentwood, I don't think I'm making myself clear. My criticism of the FCC is they are a commission under the federal government decides what's decent and indecent, and that changes according to who's on the commission at the time. When you sue them, you are suing the federal government. 1/
