Mr. Brentwood, at one point in time, all cable stations were under the jurisdiction of the FCC. They have a history and were around when these stations were just starting. That's why when you sue them, the case is the Government vs you, or whoever the party is suing.

2/ The FCC from the 70's and 80's is much different from now. Back then, your license was subject to those regulations they put forth unless they were changed. Congress gave them the legal authority to enforce those regulations. When they overstepped, they got sued. cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thu...

I wasn't saying the Doctrine prevented syndication. And what I said about the FCC regulations is on their website, I didn't make it up. If you have a license issued by them, you are bound by their regulations. I have no issues with you. But I do have serious issues with what's going in our country.

All this translates into is him being able to ignore judges rulings against him, because he wants to decide what the law is, not some judges who actually KNOW what the laws are and have done that job for decades. This is how he cons people into believing him. Now add in a side of dementia.
