Thanks. Might try it. Was playing around with similar ideas in Conquest mixing in EOT and Prodigy. When your opponent and you can’t figure out the power output at the end you see the end of a lot of games.

From the first day or two - loser bots are still in the 70s. I'm not going to say there are no bots in the 80s / 90s but I've identified one in the past 4 or so days of playing when at times in the past it was like every half-dozen games or so.

The restriction is more do we have enough targets for him? In Surfer you need Sera or Surge. Capt. Carter is good. Shaw is passable.
Cerebro Jeff or an autofill a lane with Sentinel.
VHand Kate or Mirage (Nico or Hood?) are decent
None perfect so it may be he alters these decks just a little.

I don't think the "has to be played t5 or later" is actually much of a restriction because 3-Cost cards aren't curve fillers and you usually have choices by t3. If you have a deck for him you'll likely be able to play him
