A reminder the governor of Texas and his Republican voters/supporters/politicians have a direct role in these horrible tragedies. Scientists said if you cut funding to the NWS “lives will be lost,” Abbot and Republicans did it anyway. DO NOT FORGET .

What is happening in Texas is tragic, predicted, and preventable. This is what happens when you defund the programs and scientists that protect people. Programs such as the NWS. Republicans don’t get to vote to defund life saving programs and then play the hero.
