hear me out, what if for extremely high power load or high data connections we had a plug type which was actually mechanically robust instead of one which wobbles around like heck and comes unplugged easily.

Yeah, Family Link has worked well for me too. Aside from per-app time schedules, you can require approval for every website individually. It has location sharing, remote locking, and other useful things. I combine this with using Cloudflare's malware+content filtering DNS on our router.

My main gripe with the game is the lack of Steam Cloud support, since I have lost my save data on some unknown device. It's a bit rough to play, with emulator-style controls, but I convinced myself that's part of the fun.
