The kid that made me a mom turns 15 today. Statistically speaking, she never should’ve been born. Not only had I had 5 miscarriages before her, but I also went through chemo that was supposed to render me infertile. Yet, here she is. My true miracle. Having four kids means I can never find a charging cable. I plug one in next to my bed every night, but it almost always disappears the next day. What are they doing with them?

Today is the 7th anniversary of Idéfix coming to live with us. I literally texted my spouse and asked if they’d divorce me if I brought home a dog (do not recommend!) but it was the best impulse decision ever.

I give shingles a 0/10. Especially where I had an outbreak at along my trigeminal nerve. I am mostly healed and yet still dealing with very annoying (and sometimes painful) side effects.

I’m trying to learn how this works. I need to break my habit of using other social media that is in the hands of unfriendly people. (To say the least.)
