I know we keep focusing on Colbert and Kimmel as we should, but we also need to remember there are hundreds of people who work for these shows who also just lost their jobs because of this bullshit, and most of them are probably not millionaires.

I'm not Catholic but I have a lot of respect for Pope Francis.
I'm not privy to everything that goes on in the Catholic church, but Pope Francis was a shining example of dignity. He treated people as people, no matter who they were, and that is worthy of respect.

I second this. I also go to therapy.
I understand not everyone can afford therapy, but if you can, consider it.
There are also programs and people out there who could at least provide something akin to counseling. A pastor, a coach, a mentor, etc.
Mental health is crucial. Take care of yourself.

I really wish more people could have better access to mental healthcare. I just started with a new therapist and I wish I could recommend therapy to everyone, but I know that presents more of a financial challenge to many. Often worth the cost, but I can’t make that call for others.
