My parents decided their friends and family are more important to hang out with so I’ll be left alone for my birthday, Thanksgiving, and the holidays.

Hoping my office forgives me for not wanting to drive a nearly 3 hour one-way commute just to take part in a fire drill…
Like I’m sorry but even I can’t do that ⚰️ To arrive the office before 10am, I’d need to wake up at 5am to leave by 6am and pray traffic won’t be over 3 hours.
