Thank you!! I read that and felt like I was losing my mind! Does she not remember that most civil rights we now take for granted were not popular with the public? Everything she says about why she voted to overturn abortion can be said about nearly every other civil rights case in the past century.

All you liberals humping Amy Coney Barrett recently should check out her concurrence in this case, where she explains why transgender people are not a suspect class and are entitled to no heighten constitutional protections and can generally go fuck themselves.

Gorsuch has a history of massaging the facts in "religious freedom" cases to suit his political agenda, but even so, I was not prepared for how egregiously bad-faith his questions were here. Openly misrepresenting the book to make this the case he wants. Pathetic. ballsandstrikes.org/scotus/pride...

It should be very clear to every Senate Democrat that any vote for Cloture will also be considered a vote for the bill.

People aren’t going to be tricked with procedural games.

They know exactly what is going on.

Defend Medicaid.
Vote NO on Cloture.
NO on bill.

Class of 2007 and we still had to learn the old way using books. But now when I see lawyers with these books still in the office I just laugh because you know they haven’t been updated in years.
