My grandma had dementia, time stopped. Recall was pristine up to a pt.
aunt= alzheimers, totally different. She lost all references and knew no one.
My ex= TBI, short term not reliable, not gone, personality changed

One of my fist memories was Mom watching the Watergate hearings. Mostly because sesame street was pre-empted. I didn't understand the issue for a long time. I do now.
I think because I trusted our systems/politicians and just couldn't fathom this abuse. We were taught this couldn't happen.

I've worked for local small biz, large multinationals and just generally large enterprises. The WFH and in office pendulum swings wildly, but the real answer is to do what is best for your ppl. If you have lazy ppl, deal with them individually. It's almost like common sense....but I digress.
