Well, I am back from the Taylor Swift themed cooking class tonight at Gather Bakehouse (even though we were the only two who understood the theme...)! We made biscuits from scratch, and then we made sausage gravy from scratch. We also prepared strawberries so we could have our biscuits two ways!

My Facebook page is full of false stories about NFL team presidents banning pride gear in their team stores. Same headlines, but different teams. I also saw a false story connected to Stonewall. This screenshot stood out to me immediately. Also, as a Packer fan, the second one just made me laugh.

Decided to buy a new car yesterday before the tariffs start affecting cars big time. Going through a mixture of emotions such as panic, joy, nervous, excited, tinge of regret, and pride. Overall, I love my new car, but it won't be fun making car payments again...

Took some time yesterday to do something I love - bake bread! I made a delicious focaccia that I was able to pair with some spaghetti. It was so good!
