I know a lot of folks have never used the CFPB, but I have. They helped me get some bad credit reporting off my credit record. The company wouldn't respond to me for months, but they responded to CFPB and removed the errors off my record. I'm going to miss them and their hard-working staff.
Email sent to all CFPB staff this morning: "Please do not perform any work tasks."
