ok! So wanted to make a basic technique post, because what I do is really not all that special, and I found a process that I like. It's not the most like "popular" style in this space because it avoids clean defined lineart, but hey if you like it, the repro steps are pretty straightforward.

while KOSA passed the subcommittee, there is still the full committee meeting it needs to go through before being voted on by the Senate/House
