Buried deep inside Mike Johnson’s short-term government funding bill is a 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 — the first since 2009. If approved this week, lawmakers will get an annual pay raise as high as $6,600. Outrageous!
